I used to order an iced Matcha latte with coconut milk, vanilla bean powder and no classic but with the up-charge for extra scoops of Matcha now, I don't order it as much. So Starbucks corporate if you're reading this, it would be amazing if we were able to add an extra scoop or two without an up-charge. As someone who likes the grassy taste of Matcha, I can barely taste it now. Lately I've been ordering a venti pink drink with peach juice and it's always made perfectly. And an Iced Americano with dark caramel sauce and blonde roast. A few weeks ago I had a small issue with caramel syrup being added instead of the sauce. We drove away and I called Starbucks. The girl I spoke to let me know I could come back for a re-make. I just gave my name and they re-made it which was perfect. As someone with anxiety I sometimes feel bad complaining but the barista who answered the phone that day and the girl who took my re-make order were so nice. So for anyone reading this that feels like I do when theres an issue - just call! Today 3/25, I ordered a pink drink for my mom and another Iced Americano for myself for mobile pick-up. It was at 12:35 that I ordered with the order ready at

RUDE through the drive-Thru! Just ordered a drink i didnt know much about and got yelled at in the deive thru. And to make matters worse they made my skinny latte without the sugar free syrup. 7 dollars down the drain.

I have never experienced a starbucks where they tell me I have to go inside to order for a big order when I only ordered 3 drinks and 4 breakfast food. We got to the window and the workers had such a mean mugging face. No good mornings or nothing from them. We got our drinks and our matcha looked horrible. I’m so disappointed and speechless with our drinks cause matcha should never look like this especially because I’ve worked at starbucks before and we have never sent out match drinks like this. I’m so disappointed.

UPDATE October 2025: Went to this location again 2 days in a row and had amazing experiences both times. Day 1 I didnt even try to order my normal drink (to avoid issues) and everyone was super friendly. Day 2 (today) it seemed like a different team but I decided to ask if they could do my normal drink and they accomodated. Early 2025: A drink I can easily get at any Starbucks location, I was told they couldn't do...In the end I had to get the drink as is and ask for an extra cup with ice to pour my drink into. Was a waste of plastic and time.

Would recommend order ahead through app for pick up IN PERSON, not drive through!!! Because it does take up a long time, rain or shine! Both indoor and outdoor seatings available.
